Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as orders may have already been processed and shipped.
Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details. We use the most preferred Stripe payment infrastructure in the world for the security of your payments.
Return Policy:
Return Period: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions:
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
