Through fair partnerships with over 20 producers, we have a sophisticated and integrated community committed to preserving tradition and quality.

4. How can I be sure my instrument won’t brake on the way?

We are using qualified packing materials along with 2-layered carton. We ship on daily basis music instruments to more than 20 countries. Just for the record, we are verified dealers in Etsy and Amazon, with 100% perfect feedback. We will pack your instrument with great care.

5. Can I return my instrument if I don’t like it?

Yes. You can return your eligible items in 14 days from the day of receiving to the package. For more details, check our easy return policy

6. How do I use a coupon code?

Every once in a while we are giving special discounts in our website. Also check up special discount for signing the mailing list. For applying the coupon, grab the the coupon code and paste it at the checkout. Your discount will appear once the coupon is entered and confirmed.

7. When an item will come back to stock?

We are renewing our inventory constantly. Most instruments are sold fast to customers like you around the world. Most accessories are available around the year. When an instrument is sold, it takes usually not longer than 2 weeks for more to come. If you have request immediately, please reach us via chat. Because we know all manufacturers in Turkey, so we can try our best to provide all products for you urgently.

8. Do I have to register to place an order?

Well, no. Registering an account isn’t a must here, but you will find it much easier tracking your orders with a registered account.

9. I’m looking for a very specific instrument, can you help me?

For sure. We are expert in Turkish, Syrian, and Armenian instruments. As musicians ourselves, we understand what makes an instrument stand out, and what musicians need. We are able to custom order instruments to your preferences. Starting from special wood types, till strings action. 10. Where are you located?

Our warehouse and headquarters are located in Izmir, Turkey. We have an Istanbul branch located in Sarıyer/ Turkey. Also, we have a USA Branch in SHERIDAN, Wyoming.

11. How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We offer 2 shipping option: Standard and DHL. Standard shipping takes between 2-4 weeks to arrive the USA and Europe. DHL takes between 3-5 working day
